1900 Arch has been my home for almost 5 years, and I'd stay forever if I weren't moving away/relocating out of Philadelphia.As a soon to be former resident, I can confidently sat that the location is hard to beat: right in the heart of Center City/Ritt Sq. with easy access to transit, dining, and everything Philly has to offer.The amenities are solid and well-maintained throughout my entire stay (the gym has all the basic set up ie think multiple treadmills, stairmaster, bikes, peloton bikes, TRX, dumbells, some legs and arms/back/lats machines), the roof is super nice when the sun comes out and doesn't seem to be used as often as the main lounge, so could be a fun spot to hang out!My favourite part was the management team, Kela, Erin, Jess on the property team along with the front desk and maintenance staff! I've rented in many places and across cities and countries but this squad felt like family! They were professional, highly responsive, and genuinely made me feel at home from day one. Whether it was a quick question or an actual concern, they showed up every time.
I'd recommend anyone thinking about 1900 Arch - standout management and building!
