PMC Breaks Ground on New Building at 19th & Arch

Philadelphia, PA — PMC Property Group, known for adaptive reuse of existing properties throughout the East Coast corridor, has begun construction of an all-new property on a former parking lot at the corner of 19th & Arch Streets in Center City's Logan Square neighborhood. The 14-story mixed-use, mid-rise building, scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2014, will feature more than 200 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, as well as 26,000 square feet of ground-level retail and second-floor office space. It will also feature green roofs, a public courtyard, and an underground parking garage.

The property will be a valuable addition to the Logan Square neighborhood, providing a new residential option in close proximity to the Ben Franklin Parkway, Comcast Center, and the new Barnes Foundation.
