Jasmine Declet

Jasmine manages all HR initiatives — from recruiting and onboarding to training, benefits, organization development, and culture. She previously served as Director of Development for Doane Academy and HR Director for AFR Furniture Rental. She holds an MA in Nonprofit Development from the University of Northern Iowa, a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Human Resources Management certificate from Villanova.
