PMC Opens Upscale Rental Community at 3600 West Broad

Richmond, VA — PMC Property Group recently completed a total transformation of their property at 3600 West Broad Street, a historic building dating back to 1958 that once served as the headquarters of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company.
